02Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and your message, and — only if you choose to provide them — your company and the topic of your enquiry. We also record the language version of the site you used and the date and time of submission.

We do not request any other personal data and we do not use the form for profiling.

03Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it. The processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the consent box, and on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence addressed to us (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

04Recipients and processors

Submissions are stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase and forwarded by email to the CCEF Latvia team. The website is hosted by Vercel. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

06Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please use the contact form or write to the CCEF Latvia team.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. No analytics tool is enabled by default.
